The brass bushing is used for sealing and fixing, accurately separating the grip from the end, ensuring stability and firmness. The grips are knurled at a medium depth to increase friction and avoid slipping or scratching your palms during heavy weight training. The end is 2 inches in diameter, with no cumbersome nut construction and a smooth surface that makes it easier to put in weight plates. The barbell is secured and supported by multiple washers and ball bearings to reduce noise during movement and ensure quiet and smooth rotation.
RitFit 4ft Olympic Bar has a bar shaft diameter of 25 mm, and a length of 1.2 meters (4 feet). Needle bearings allow for a smoother, quieter spin and a more reliable turnover at maximum loads. Built to the highest standard using high-quality steel materials, barbells feature an oxide finish and are built to be durable for a lifetime of quality weight lifting. The hybrid bars are intended to be used as a general-purpose bar that is suitable for the Olympic lifts but can also handle the slower, heavier power lifts, perfect for most athletes, and ideal in CrossFit and garage gym settings. The Volcano knurling type on the grip provides enough friction to grip. All the 2 inch weight plates are suitable for the bar.
